the most frequently encountered types of speaking situations, rules for
effective reasoning, the part that human emotions play in persuasion, the
necessity for audience analysis, ways of improving style and delivery, and the
place of rhetoric in maintaining and discovering truth” (Trenholm, 2011, pg.
3).
It is important to become aware of the principles of communications to better manage the outcome of a customers experience.
